The Data We Collect and How We Use It
In General.
When you use recoveryBox, the User enters personal information such as when they acted out, triggers, recovery goals, etc. All information can be password protected and HMHApps highly recommends using that functionality. Since ALL data only resides on the User's device and is not transmitted to any third-parties, no password restores are available. We also provide lights tracking, a history of your triggers, and lights, badges that the User can earn based on personal victories, and summaries of your data. These metrics are only available within your application unless and until you choose to initiate the "Accountability" and text/email them or share with others as described below. If you click to text/email, you can send data as to whomever you decide.

User-Entered Data.
The Applications will collect information about your performance based on what you enter on a daily basis. Since recoveryBox is totally customizable, information entered into categories can be done on a summary basis once a day or as each event occurs. Triggers should be entered once a day. Goals/12-step program, date of sobriety features do not have to be used as part of the application but doing so will create a complete picture. We consider this "personal information" for purposes of the discussion of our practices in this Policy and do NOT store such information on any third-party servers.

Technical Details.
When you choose to share your information using the accountability text/email features, the application generates the requested information and presents it on screen to send via the text/email service providers you have chosen. HMHApps does not handle any of that processing.

Customer Service.
